Adi has worked at Amazon, Google, and LinkedIn and generated over 500M ARR USD revenue in a single year, re-ranking Amazon Search. He launched new products at Google I/O, shipped code visible to 800m DAU on the LinkedIn homepage, and built Gov. of India's first energy policy analytics dashboard alongside Harvard, Stanford, and IAS alumni. A CSE valedictorian from IIIT, he has led teams of 30+, and entire departments across 2000+ strong orgs. He has led multiple launches at a 100M+ user scale in various domains over 12+ years of experience in 3 continents. Having found and led a profitable AI venture of his own (since 2023), he has supported various startups in executive roles across the financial sector, climate, retail, entertainment, productivity, travel, transportation and content creation. He's also an alumnus of LSE (EMPA 2022), UCB (PM Cert. 2019), and is attending the leading Executive MBA program in the US, at Kellogg.

Rishit Kapoor is an AI researcher and technology leader with a strong track record of building and scaling machine learning solutions across global markets. With over four years of global experience spanning healthcare, finance, sustainability and enterprise AI, he has architected, led teams and deployed scalable AI solutions at organizations including inMorphis Services, Gleneagles Hospitals, PharmEasy, R Systems International, and Antler-backed Sachiv AI. Rishit has authored 3 peer-reviewed research papers in top International Journals in AI-ML domain, holds two patents from the Government of India, and has conducted research with Carnegie Mellon University and Harvard Medical School along with certifications from IIM Ahmedabad, Duke University, Università Bocconi, IIT Bombay, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs. He is pursuing an MSc in AI from King's College London.
